Heather Smith was born with a calculator in her hand and a love of numbers. Heather is a Certified Chartered Accountant and a XERO and MYOB Consultant. She is the author of Learn MYOB in 7 Days published by Wiley Business and a prolific business blogger. She works closely with businesses assisting them in developing accurate management reports that they can use and understand. Heather is a twitteroholic, her twitter handle is @HeatherSmithAU
Heather will show us in plain English how to Understand Financial Reports. She will look at how to read a Profit and Loss report, how to read a Balance Sheet, how to prepare a budget and read it. Then the the big one, cash flow. What is a cash flow? How to prepare a cash flow?

Peta will teach us the basics of setting up a Facebook page for your business. Why you need it, what you would use it for and what you need to do to receive benefits from it.
